Dartfish Video Lessons With SCTA
South Coast Tennis offer all our clients the chance to take advantage of the latest state of the art video analysis. This is more than just a video lesson as each player can receive a copy of their strokes on a disc as well as print outs of technique.
We currently have spaces for juniors aged 4 to 16 on our weekend junior tennis programme at Cross in Hand LTC, Horam Tennis Club and Cooden Beach sports and social club. Please contact:
Burning calories, having fun and playing tennis! Cardio Tennis is every Saturday 9-10am during term time. All sessions are run a 'drop in' basis so why not come down and give it a go???
